2. Service Description

firekraken provides advanced lead generation, online advertising promotion, and social network integration services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to identify, qualify, and deliver high-quality leads to our clients.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing ranging from $30 to $100 per lead, depending on the advertising channel and qualification criteria:

• Social Media Leads: $30 per qualified lead
• Multi-Channel Leads: $65 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Leads: $100 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers with up to 10 qualified leads included.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who has:

• Responded to your campaign or outreach
• Shown genuine interest in your products or services
• Met your specified targeting criteria
• Passed our AI-powered qualification process
• Provided valid contact information

We guarantee the quality of our leads and will provide replacements or credits for leads that do not meet these standards.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Respect privacy and data protection requirements
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to firekraken's platform, including but not limited to algorithms, software, designs, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of firekraken. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

firekraken's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
